On Friday, the website of Jazz, the biggest cellular provider in Pakistan, inexplicably fell down.
The company’s website has been displaying an error for the past two hours that reads, “There was a database connection error or a difficulty with a query. For more details, log in as a super admin or enable debugging.
The website initially showed a notice that read, “This account has been suspended. To learn more, speak with your hosting company. The notification implies that the business simply neglected to renew its hosting plan because of some circumstance.
It is unknown if the Jazz website is housed at the company’s own data centre or with a foreign hosting service provider because Cloudfare, which serves as a reverse proxy between a website visitor and the Cloudflare customer’s hosting provider, is used.
Jazz representatives informed ProPakistani that the website was still down since it was undergoing maintenance.
