OnePlus Co Founder’s “Nothing” Phone Leaked in a Spy Image

Carl Pei, OnePlus’ Co-Founder, departed the business in 2020 to launch his own firm, “Nothing.” Last year, his new company debuted its first product, the Nothing ear (1) TWS earphones.

Nothing just announced a relationship with Qualcomm, fueling rumours that the company’s first smartphone is on the way. In a spy image obtained by famous tipster Evan Blass, we can only guess what Carl Pei must be showing off to Qualcomm’s CEO.

Zooming down on the photograph reveals that Pei is holding a phone, which isn’t surprising given the continuous rumours about the Nothing Smartphone debuting next month. According to the speculations, Pei has been meeting with key industry executives at MWC to demonstrate the smartphone prototype.

There’s no word on the phone’s specs or design, but it’s safe to presume it’ll be powered by a Snapdragon processor. There are no leaked renders of the device yet, however it may sport a see-through style similar to the Nothing ear (1) TWS earbuds.

We recommend taking this information with a grain of salt because the prototype phone in the executive’s hands does not appear to contain any transparent parts.

OnePlus began as a flagship killer brand, and it’s feasible that Nothing will follow in their footsteps. Once there are additional leaks in the mix, we’ll know more. Keep an eye out for updates.
