With a new feature, WhatsApp is about to improve account profiles for everyone. Another new feature from WhatsApp’s latest beta version has been discovered by WABetaInfo.
It has to do with WhatsApp profiles this time. Like Facebook and Twitter, the Meta messaging software will soon allow you to post cover photographs to your profile. It is currently in development for WhatsApp Business accounts, with no indication that it would be released for the normal version of WhatsApp.
However, since the feature isn’t just for business, we expect it to make it into the normal version as well. WABetaInfo has also given screenshots to demonstrate how the new feature would appear.

You can take a photograph right there on the spot or upload one from your gallery using the camera button on the cover photo. All of your WhatsApp Business contacts will be able to see your cover photo once they visit your profile.
Because the screenshot above is from WhatsApp for iOS, it’s probable that it’ll be available initially for iPhone users. There is no set launch date for the feature because it is currently in development, but we will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
